In this senior consulting role, you'll guide clients through their data transformation journeys—defining strategy, designing architecture and building scalable, cloud-based platforms. You'll help organisations create modern data foundations that enable advanced analytics, AI and future digital capabilities, while championing AI-enabled ways of working and responsible architecture modern data architecture, cloud transformation and the design of scalable platforms that support analytics and AI workloads.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="g9y3nk" data-start="1482" data-end="1670"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and implement enterprise data strategies across programmes and business units, ensuring architectures are scalable, secure, governed and ready to support emerging AI capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="r23xzt" data-start="1671" data-end="1878"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design and deliver cloud-native data platforms using AWS, Azure or GCP, leveraging modern automation and approved AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate to improve delivery quality and efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="11w51hf" data-start="1879" data-end="2076"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive the integration of data governance, metadata management, cataloguing, privacy and security capabilities, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements and responsible AI principles.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="1jc0z4x" data-start="2077" data-end="2278"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes while 10pt;"><strong data-start="2283" data-end="2309">What We're Looking For</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="2311" data-end="3191"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="pjbzeu" data-start="2311" data-end="2447"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in enterprise data architecture, cloud data engineering and large-scale platform design within complex environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="m1qpry" data-start="2448" data-end="2628"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep knowledge of data modelling practices, including conceptual, logical and physical modelling, with experience designing architectures that support analytics and AI use cases.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="alhvb9" data-start="2629" data-end="2827"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure or GCP), modern data platforms and architectural best practices, alongside an openness to AI-enabled engineering approaches where appropriate.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="1gyd3ud" data-start="2828" data-end="3012"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of cloud migration, enterprise data management, governance, security frameworks and the architectural considerations required to support responsible AI adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="24iu17" data-start="3013" data-end="3191"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, technologies, semantic data modelling, knowledge graphs or architectures supporting AI and machine learning workloads.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="164r55r" data-start="3555" data-end="3666"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Financial Services experience, including working with senior stakeholders in complex regulatory environments.</span></li> <li
